Please read our FAQ before emailing or calling us as they usually cover all questions.

Prices
The hall is £16.50 per hour all weekdays and £30 per hour at weekends.  You must book and pay from when you unlock the hall to when it is being locked back up again.  Please ensure you leave enough time to clean, hoover and mop after your booking.

Chairs and tables
The hall has about 40 chairs in the hall and another 40 in an additional external storage area.  If you need more than 40 chairs please make sure you ask when collecting keys so you can have the padlock code.

Tables are rectangular and are 5ft long and 2.5ft wide.  There are 8 tables.

Parking
The car park fits about 15 well parked cars and the laybys outside the hall park an additional 6 cars.
 
Keys
Keys can be collected in the week leading up to your booking and must be returned within a week of your booking.

Access
The railway bridge to the hall is large enough to get a luton van through.  Any vehicles wider or higher than this will not fit.

Kitchen equipment
The kitchen has enough plates, cups, cutlery and glasses for 100 people.  Other kitchen equipment provided is:
Kettle, Microwave, Induction Hobs and pans, 2 x electric fan ovens with roasting pans etc. Fridge (please note there is no freezer) Utensils.  There are jugs however these tend to go missing so you may like to bring your own.
 
Viewing the hall
Open viewings at held on Mondays in Term Time at 5.00pm and 8.30pm, just pop along. We do not make any viewings outside of these times.
 
Sizes of the hall
The main hall area is 7.5m wide by 12m long.  The roof is a 5m high pitch with 2.4m high side walls.

The kitchen area is 6m square.

There are 2 unisex bathrooms

Rubbish
Hirers must take all rubbish (including nappies placed in bathroom bins) with them at the end of their booking.  Any rubbish left at the hall will incur a £50 cleaning charge which will be deducted from the deposit held.

What do I need to take with me?
You will need to take your own rubbish bags, tea towels and bathroom hand towels with you.

Sound System
There is no sound system provided at the hall.

Wifi 
There is no wifi at the hall

Alcohol at the hall
The hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol. However, you can bring your own alcohol for consumption, but you are not able to sell it.  The hall DOES NOT have a bar.

Music
The hall is licensed for music to be played until 11pm.
