We DO NOT take bookings for evening parties finishing after 9pm unless you are a member of the Essex Marching Corps.  We do however allow evening bookings for charity or club events so please email us for info.
 
The hall is £16.50 per hour all weekdays and £30 per hour at weekends.  Full payment is required at time of booking.  At the time the keys are collected ( in the week leading up to the booking) a damage deposit will be required of £100 in cash.  This is refunded after the event once the facility has been checked over and you collect your keys.

The hall is used by regular hirers and the owners on Saturday and Sunday mornings until 2pm.  
 
Overnight stays by organised groups are subject to discount so please contact us in this regard.  
 
Please note that sessions apply at weekends for use of less than 6 hours.  Sessions operate as follows:
1 - Any time in morning - finished and cleared out by 1.30pm
2 - 2pm arrival  - finished and cleared out by 9pm.
 
Please bare this in mind and respect these times when making bookings online.  If you wish to book over the lunchtime block you will need to book and pay for a minimum of 6 hours that day.
 
 
Please note that a PL certificate and PAT test certificates are required for all entertainers/softplay companies booked (unless using Rockit Inflatables) and use of Bubble and Snow Machines are prohibited.
 
 
Open viewings at held on Mondays in Term Time between 5.00pm and 8.30pm, just pop along.
