OUR VENUE

Rookery View Hall is operated by the Essex Marching Corps Youth Band and renovated in 2015; the building is a light and airy community hall.

Modern, light and bright it is a perfect venue for community events, clubs and private parties

The hall has airconditioning and full studio mirrors on one wall. Not to forget our fully artificial turfed garden.

FACILITIES

With an gentle vaulted main hall, connected open plan kitchen/breakout area the building is suitable for a party of up to 100 whilst seating 80 theatre style if required.

The hall can also accommodate 14 with your own camp beds over night, for organised groups only. Hot showers are provided too.

Our artificial turfed garden is perfect for a summer event. The garden is pet and child safe, flat and a sun trap. Complimentary use is included with the hall.

WELL EQUIPPED

With a modern Karndean flooring, a kitchen to die for and not an asbestos ceiling tile in sight the Rookery View Hall is a home from home for your event.

The venue has all ages in mind, especially catering for young children and parents, with large spacious bathrooms, children's crockery and cutlery and all the equipment you need for a great event.

Hire is by the hour, but get in quick, we are usually booked up 2 months in advance.
